If using your mobile phone or tablet for purchasing and payment, please double check that your deliverly address is correct. Paypal processing can sometimes default to an original address used by your email if you have a paypal account. This can be easly missed on a small screen.

Once paypal payment clears, items are generally shipped with 24 hours excluding public holidays or weekends. Items are sent with Auspost Express satchels, unless it is a small item, in which case it will be sent registered mail. Tracking number will be supplied once known and item posted, to your paypal email address.

We only post within Australia or over to New Zealand and PNG. Sorry, but If you purchase from another country, you will be refunded and your order cancelled. NZ and PNG customers, please email us for a shipping quote.

Due to paypal set up, and postage parametres, maximum purchase quantites are limited until cleared and posted. We apologise for this inconvenience, but it does add extra purchasing security for you and also stops any possible back-order issues. Sometimes the website doesn't track 10% of the stock levels, so items can still be subject to availablitily, but that is rare. We will email you if there is an issue (out of stock) and see what you wish to do, ie partial or cancel order and refund.
